PATHVIZON X50 is a floor-standing dual-mode immunoassay analyzer designed for comprehensive autoimmune diagnostics. Integrating CLIA (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay) and DLCM (Digital Liquid Chip Method) in one system, it supports both routine chemiluminescence testing and high-throughput multiplex autoantibody detection.
In CLIA mode, the system uses an indirect chemiluminescence method based on AMPPD and alkaline phosphatase, supporting sandwich, competitive, and indirect immunoassay formats for qualitative or quantitative detection of target analytes in human serum or plasma samples. In DLCM mode, the analyzer applies a magnetic barcode immuno-fluorescence principle: multiple antigen- or antibody-coated magnetic barcode liquid chips are contained in a single reaction, allowing different autoantibody targets to be identified and measured simultaneously through fluorescence imaging and barcode recognition. This enables efficient multiplex testing with fast turnaround and flexible laboratory workflow.
