• Double-Antigen Sandwich ELISA Method
The kit is based on the double-antigen sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay principle. Recombinant HCV antigens coated on the microplate and biotinylated HCV antigens work together to capture anti-HCV antibodies in the sample.
• Broad Antibody Detection
The assay uses recombinant HCV antigens, including chimeric proteins containing Core, NS3 and other HCV antigen regions, supporting effective detection of antibodies against Hepatitis C Virus.
