• Automated Extraction: Based on magnetic bead technology, the system's pipetting module automatically dispenses reagents, samples, and magnetic beads into the extraction wells. The integrated incubation, oscillation, and magnetic separation modules then execute the complete lysis, nucleic acid binding, washing, and elution processes.

• PCR Preparation: The purified nucleic acid is then automatically transferred and mixed with PCR amplification reagents to prepare the final reaction system.

• Amplification & Analysis: Through precise thermal cycling, specific target fragments undergo exponential amplification. Utilizing specific fluorescent dyes or probes, the system monitors this amplification process in real-time, enabling highly efficient and accurate qualitative or quantitative analysis of target nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) in human specimens.
